What is the Maintenance Program?

A clean car all the time…

Many of us like keeping our cars clean, but time is never on our side. The Maintenance program allows us to maintain your car keeping it clean both inside and out on a regular basis.

Not just a car wash…

Don’t be fooled though, the Maintenance program is not just a wash. Although it may take less time than a full detail, because it has been *RESET by us, the car is much easier for us to maintain the vehicle since it is never as dirty prior to it being “Reset”.

Do I need to maintain my car?

Most people would like to but because of time and money (products), they tend to either take their car to a car wash or wash it themselves once or twice a year. Being on the maintenance program allows individuals to protect their investment and allow the vehicle to look almost brand new all the time. Very beneficial for resale value, leases and anyone who wishes to step into a nice clean car every time.

Do I qualify for the Maintenance Program?

RESET is a must…

In order to participate in the Maintenance program, the vehicle must go through a “RESET”. This is essentially us taking your car and bringing it back to factory new as much as possible and then applying a multi-year protection. The protection makes it much easier to maintain a vehicle in near perfect condition on a regular basis.

RESET vs Complete Detail

Although our complete details are popular, they will not restore the exterior portion of the paint and clear coat. Swirl marks, sap, and many other contaminants may still remain after a complete detail, but a RESET brings the paint back to life AND offers a multi-year protection.

Maintenance vs Complete Detail

Because your vehicle has gone through the full RESET and protected for many years, it becomes much easier for us to maintain the vehicle and keep it in the 'like-new’ state. We expect to see the vehicle regularly and therefore it should not be in the same condition as we had first received it.

Other FAQs about the Maintenance Program

What is the frequency?

We currently offer a few of the most popular frequency time frames based on our customers. However, we are open to a custom frequency and prices, should a vehicle have special considerations such as a garaged-weekend car or a seasonal vehicle. Please reach out to us to discuss the options.

Do you offer mobile maintenance?

We offer mobile maintenance ONLY for our maintenance customers and in specific cities. For the cities outside of the territory, we still offer it at a small additional fee. If not, the car can be dropped off at our garage. Maintenance details are usually between 1-2 Hours for an Interior/Exterior detail.

Dirtier than usual…

We certainly expect most of our maintenance clients vehicles to be not in the original state that they were in before the RESET, our maintenance services don’t include carpet extraction, or stain removal. We always advise our clients to make us aware of something that may have happened between each maintenance detail and we are always happy to help. This becomes a case-by-case basis.

What if I only want to maintain the exterior?

Great question. We offer full in/out maintenance, which happens to be the most popular option with our clients, however we do offer exterior-only or interior-only maintenance programs.

What does the scheduling look like?

We are quite flexible on the type of schedule and work with the client so it’s convenient with them. Some prefer having a set date with a contingency for a rainy day and there are others that prefer the first or second weekend of the month. We tailor the schedule based on your needs.

Do you allow older vehicles?

Absolutely! In fact, we have many clients with older vehicles that want to preserve the paint and clear coat as much as they can as the vehicle either holds a sentimental value, or they generally keep their vehicles for a very long time. This is a perfect program for them to ensure the vehicle remains in great shape all the time.

Rest assured, you don’t have to figure this out yourself. We will be happy to suggest one of the packages below based on the information you provide us. We take all the guesswork out for you!

CHOICE PAINT CORRECTION:

Option 1- Paint Gloss/Enhancement.

Best for newer vehicles with little to no paint defects like heavy swirl marks or hard water spots.

Option 2 - One-Step Paint Correction.

Removes up to 75% minor paint defects like swirl marks, and water spots. Offers the best value for most vehicles with minor paint defects.

Option 3 - Two-Step Paint Correction.

Removes up to 95% of minor paint defects like swirl marks and water spots. Offers the best results for really dull looking paint.

Once we have perfected the paint to an as-good-as-it-can-get condition - we now apply a protection on it to further enhance the gloss and protect the near perfect condition it is in. During a maintenance detail, we always add a second layer of protection to preserve and extend the existing layer to keep your car looking like new.

CHOICE OF PAINT PROTECTION

1-Year Protection.

The 1-Year protection is our budget friendly protection option and also popular for those who are planning on selling their vehicles within the year to ensure it looks tip top to get the highest value possible when selling it or trading it in.

3-Year Protection.

Being our most popular option as many keep their cars for 3-4 years, this is the most popular for those leasing their vehicles or planning on selling their vehicles in the medium term.

5-Year Protection.

The 5-year is perfect for those who are planning on keeping their vehicle for the long haul or the weekend car that is garaged, this will last a very long time and keep the gloss high and makes it easy to maintain.
